RETURNS VERIFY
To initiate a return for your dress, a Return Authorization is necessary. Please request returns within one week (7 days) of your order being delivered to your address. For returned dresses, we charge a 20% restocking fee if you opt for a refund. Alternatively, you can choose store credit with a 10% restocking fee. If you prefer an exchange, there’s no restocking fee; however, exchanges are limited to size changes and can only be processed once. Please note that all exchanges are considered FINAL SALES and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, nor can they be exchanged for other items.
Refunds take 3 to 5 business days to process from the date we receive the returned item, excluding weekends.
Your store credit will expire 6 months from the date it is issued.
We want to clarify that the restocking fee is not a profit for us; it helps maintain our low prices. If you need to modify your order, please reach out to us within one hour of placing it.

Special Orders Policy
Certain orders are classified under our special order policy. This includes orders totaling over $400, as well as items that require us to place a special order specifically for the customer. Before shipping, our customer service team will contact you via email to confirm that restocking fees may vary due to the special order status. If you agree to these terms, your order will be shipped. If not, our customer service team will assist you in finding an alternative dress or will process a refund for the item or order.
Final Sale Policy
All sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Additionally, international orders are also FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless we have sent you the wrong item or if the dress arrived damaged.
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders (anything outside the U.S. or its territories), except in cases where the wrong item was sent or the item is damaged. In such instances, we will accept the return and offer either a replacement or store credit without a restocking fee.
If you opt for store credit at any time and receive a coupon code—whether through Re
or from a customer service representative—any purchases made with that store credit will be deemed FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for any reason, unless the item was sent to you damaged or was the incorrect item. In those cases, you will receive a replacement of the exact style, size, and color ordered; no exchanges for a different style, size, or color will be permitted.
Please note that store credit cannot be combined with any other coupon or discount code.

Not Happy with Your Dress? We’re Here to Help!
- In the form above:
Enter your order number, fill out the required information, and start the return process. - Prepare the Dress for Return: Carefully hang the dress back on its hanger, place it in the bag, and then pack it in the box.
- Seal the Box Securely: Make sure the box is sealed properly to protect the item during shipping.
- Ship It Back: Use the label provided by Re:Do
to send the package back to us. - Once we receive, inspect, and process your item, we will issue the requested store credit or refund.
