RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for either a refund (with a 20% restocking fee) or store credit (with a 10% restocking fee). We also offer size exchanges without a restocking fee; however, exchanges are limited to size changes and can only be processed once. Please note that sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

You must request a return within 1 week (7 days) of receiving your package. For international orders, returns are not accepted unless we sent a damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to process from the date of receipt, excluding weekends. Thank you for your understanding!

CANCEL AN ORDER

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us via email, chat, or phone on the same day the order was placed and during our business hours. If your cancellation request is sent the next day or later, a 20% restocking fee will apply, as the items will have already been pulled by that time.

For orders that fall under a special order, if you cancel late, you will be charged the applicable restocking fee, which may differ from the standard 20%. Thank you for your understanding!

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and standard credit/debit cards.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment.

Yes - we run on Shopify just like Fashionova and other major sites.

DOES THE DYLAN & DABIDS HAVE A STORE

At Dylan & Davids, we are currently an online-only store. While we may consider opening a physical location in the future, all of our dresses are exclusively available on our website. If you have any product questions, please don’t hesitate to call or send us a message, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

If a dress is sold out and there is no listed ship date, it means that the item is no longer available.

WHEN WILL YOU GET MORE

Dress Availability

Most of our dresses are in stock! To check the availability of your desired dress, simply select the size and color on the product page, and you’ll see the availability message. While it’s uncommon, the availability of special order dresses may change after your purchase. If this occurs, we will reach out to you immediately.

WHERE IS A SIZE CHART

Sizing

Every dress comes with its own size chart. You can find the size chart on each product page under the "Size" section. Be sure to consult the size chart to ensure the best fit. Remember, while you can always take in a gown if certain areas are too large, you cannot let out a dress that is too small.
