Our return policy is simple.

Email sales@dylandavids.com to start a return. We will provide an RMA number and form.

Once the order is delivered (U.S. and its territories), you have 14-Days to notify us about a return, and then you must send it back within 1-week. You can return your order for either an exchange, or store credit. Bear in mind, store credit expires after 6-Months.


We DO NOT cover return postage. Shipping labels are paid for by the customer unless we shipped you the wrong item, size, or the dress happens to be damaged. NO EXCEPTIONS. We can provide you a prepaid shipping label, but bear in mind that we will deduct the cost of that label from your store credit, or will ask that you pay for the shipping label ahead of time.

For international orders, we do not accept returns and consider all sales final.
